Returns & Exchanges
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that sets and packs must be returned in full.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Because of the nature of the product that we sell, please, make sure the briefs or panties are returned with a protective ticker. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@minimalistunderwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the item is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded to your account. However, we do not refund the shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If the item doesn't fit quite right, we are happy to exchange it for a different size or color free of charge. Please, make sure to contact us at hello@minimalistunderwear.com to initiate your exchange.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not refund the shipping costs.
Please note,
- Exchanges and refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria.
- Please allow up to 5 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
- We are a small business with limited stock, so exchange requests will be processed only if the requested item is currently available.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- Damaged returns that don't meet the return-eligible criteria stated above will be returned to the sender.
